Visit qa.theleadhq.com and setup a new account with your email address. If you created an account and do not see your email confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder. For further assistance, Click here.

Visit qa.theleadhq.com and locate the “Sign In” box, click the “Forgot Password” button and enter in your email address associated with your account and click “Submit”. A Password Reset email with a PIN number will be sent to your email box. Open the email and copy in the pin number in the new Reset Your Password page and choose your new password and click the “Reset” button.

Go to https://qa.theleadhq.com/userpasswordresetrequest and type in the email address associated with your account and press “Submit”. A Password Reset email with a PIN number will be sent to your email box.

Open the Password Reset email and copy the PIN number. Then go to https://qa.theleadhq.com/userpasswordresetrequest and paste the PIN number onto the form. Next, choose a new password and press “Reset”.

Direct Mail

The Direct Mail Leads are priced per 1,000 recipients, which is known in the industry as a “Cost Per Thousand,” or “CPM” pricing model. This means you are paying for the number of recipients who will receive the mailing.

All FLEXLEAD direct mail orders will be printed and mailed within seven (7) business days of your order.

No. Due to the nature of the direct mail process, we do not offer credits or refunds on direct mail orders.

Due to the popularity of direct mail products, several customers may be placing an order in the same market at the same time. Due to this, we can only commit to reserving your selected mailing audience for 10 minutes once it has been added to your shopping cart.

Due to low population and high order levels, we are unable to support ongoing direct mail programs in some states.

Due to state-based insurance regulations, certain states require that agents list their agency name on marketing materials.
